GF Hotels & Resorts is hiring a Hotel Controller for an upcoming opportunity. The Hotel Controller manages all financial operations, including daily accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance with tax laws and regulations. They oversee payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and internal audits to ensure profitability. Responsibilities: • Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, along with cash flow analyses. • Accounting Operations: Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll to ensure accuracy. • Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist department managers in developing budgets and forecasts for future revenue sources. • Internal Controls & Compliance: Ensure compliance with local laws, corporate policies, and tax regulations. • Asset Management: Perform internal audits, verify inventory (food, beverage, supplies), and manage fixed assets. Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Hospitality Management ore relative experience. • Experience: 3–8+ years of experience in accounting, with a preference for hotel-specific cost control experience. • Skills: Strong knowledge of financial software • Attributes: High attention to detail, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work independently. Compensation: $85,000 - $95,000 yearly
