As a Guest Services Associate (GSA), you will play a crucial role in ensuring each guest has an exceptional experience. Your responsibilities will include assisting guests, answering inquiries, checking guests in and out, and processing payments following company standards. You will also ensure that daily front office operations are executed smoothly while adhering to safety and security protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding service and a welcoming experience to all guests.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and follow through to ensure satisfaction.
• Resolve issues using the Make it Right process, always treating guests and associates with respect.
• Efficiently manage reservations, registrations, payments, and departures.
• Handle collections for in-house balances, maintaining accurate financial records.
• Set up, maintain, and clear breakfast displays efficiently.
• Keep the front desk, lobby, and common areas organized and clean, complying with company standards.
• Market the property effectively to turn inquiries into reservations.
• Collect guest information and identify potential sales leads.
• Conduct periodic property tours to ensure brand standards are met.
• Assist in accommodating guest requests to the best of your abilities.
• Adhere to all company policies, including safety and security measures.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Help maintain hotel cleanliness, supporting housekeeping in various areas like the front desk and common spaces.
• Participate in cross-training for housekeeping and laundry as needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Compensation:

Pay ranges vary based on role and location, ensuring compliance with relevant wage laws. Below are rates for select states:

California: $16.50 - $23.00

Colorado: $16.00 - $19.00

Illinois: $16.00 - $19.00

Minnesota: $16.00 - $19.00

New Jersey: $16.00 - $23.22

Washington: $16.66 - $21.10

Whitestone, NY: $19.17 - $20.52
