Production Associate II, Shipping

Location:  Onsite – NE Portland, Oregon

Competitive Compensation: $22.00 - 24.00 hourly, depending on experience andqualifications.

Shift: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, 7 AM- 3:30 PM (hours may vary). Occasional overtime required.

We are seeking a skilled Production Associate II to support our factory production operations. This hands‑on role rotates across multiple production workstations, safely operates forklifts and other material‑handling equipment, and maintains accurate production documentation to support workflow efficiency and daily output goals.

The role also cross‑trains in kiln operations, roller hearth processes, and other production activities to provide flexibility, coverage, and support for overall departmental objectives. Crafting Excellence: YourResponsibilities

• Pack and inspect finished tile to make sure it meets quality standards.
• Buildpallets and get shipments ready to go out safely and on time.
• Operateforklifts and other equipment (we'll train you).
• Drivea company box truck for daily runs to the warehouse.
• Helpout in other areas of production as needed, including kiln operations.
• Practice and follow all required safety regulations as outlined inthe Ann Sacks Safety Orientation Handbook.
• Maintain work areas and keep equipment, tools, and workspaces inclean, safe working condition.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor to support meeting factoryproduction goals.

Key Qualifications

• Must be able to work in the US without restrictions or sponsorship.
• Effective communication skills for manufacturing production processes.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Forklift experience with willingness to get forklift certified (additional training provided).
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse work.
• Ability to work occasional overtime, includingSaturdays, as needed, to support production demands.
  
• Prior experience with quality control or visualinspection.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality.
• Previous forklift experience or forkliftcertification.
• Experience using basic computer systems or production/shipping/logistics software.
