Pay Range: $28.00/hr. – $31.00/hr. on W2

Our client is looking for a Property Manager to support financial operations, vendor management, and day-to-day oversight across a diverse asset portfolio.

What You'll Do:

• Support budgeting, operating/capital expenditures, and AR/AP functions.
• Coordinate customer requests with Property Management and Technical Operations.
• Manage vendor selection, contracts, and performance.
• Conduct property inspections and support portfolio improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and certificates of insurance.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong analytical and MS Office skills.
• Experience in portfolio, property, or asset operations.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
