We are seeking a Finance Lead for Global Investment Planning. This person will support a
foundational project ensuring client's cost structure is aligned to how spend is managed and
finish the play on ensuring employees sit in the correct cost center.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
As our Finance Lead, you will be part of the Finance Workforce Planning team responsible
for budgeting and forecasting wage at company. This foundational project is designed to help
improve the accuracy of actual financials for wage across the enterprise.
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?
You will collaborate closely with Global Investment Planning and Geography Finance SG&A
teams. In addition, you will also partner with key HR teams, such as People Solutions and
Global Payroll to execute cost center changes in Workday.

Must Haves:
Excel Expert - can pull data from multiple spreadsheets to provide extracts for others to review and make educated decisions
Ability to analyze large data sets, reporting off of significant bodies of data
Auditing data, cleansing data
Nice to Haves:
Strong Financial knowledge of how spend is tracked and general HR knowledge for how employees are set up in HR systems
Ability to meet with others to explain data and team goals
