How You Will Make an Impact
- Organize and maintain project paperwork (digital and physical files)
- Confirm purchase orders are received and properly processed
- Support daily office operations with general administrative tasks
- Communicate with vendors and internal team members to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain accurate records and project documentation
- Assist the team wherever needed to keep operations running efficiently
- 1+ year of previous administrative or office support experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear communication skills (phone and email)
- Basic computer proficiency (Excel, email, document systems)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
- Experience in construction, mechanical, or service-based industries
- $24-$30/hour (based on experience)
