Position Overview

As an Internal Account Manager, you'll play a vital role in supporting the company's aggressive growth plans. You'll work closely with external Business Development Managers to drive business success from the office — no travel required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing customer accounts and building strong client relationships
  • Generating and following up on quotes
  • Proactively sourcing new business leads and opportunities
  • Conducting telemarketing outreach to generate interest
  • Providing administrative support for sales team members
  • Sourcing and negotiating with vendors to meet customer needs

  • Experience in B2B sales (preferably with commodity products)
  • Packaging industry experience
