A growing manufacturer in the machining industry is seeking a Shop General Manager/Vice President in the greater Portland, Oregon area.

Candidates Must Have:

• Experience providing full P&L leadership in a machining and/or machine shop environment.
• 12 years of progressive leadership experience in a machine shop environment, precision machining experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated continuous improvement, factory development and new equipment evaluation experience.
• Experience developing a high-performing team of machinists, programmers, and supervisors.
• Successful experience supporting long-term strategic growth in the machining industry.
