CV Resources is representing a client seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to support and enhance a complex, integrated Salesforce environment. This individual will play a key role in optimizing the platform, improving user experience, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
This is a highly visible, business-facing role that requires a proactive mindset, strong technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.
Manage all aspects of user and license administration, including roles, profiles, permissions, and access controls
Implement and maintain Salesforce configurations, including flows, workflows, fields, page layouts, dashboards, and reports
Lead and support Salesforce-related projects and system integrations
Gather and translate business requirements into scalable, best-practice solutions
Identify opportunities to optimize system functionality and user experience
Develop and maintain a Salesforce roadmap, prioritizing enhancements and initiatives
Oversee data integrity and database management, implementing automation and validation rules
Perform system maintenance, including security reviews, release updates, and platform health checks
Manage sandbox environments and release processes (DevOps)
Provide end-user support, training, and documentation
Monitor and improve user adoption and engagement
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support integrated systems
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience
Salesforce Administrator certification required
Experience working with complex integrations and enterprise systems
Strong project management experience
Preferred:
Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder)
Experience in nonprofit or mission-driven environments
Basic knowledge of Apex/triggers
Strong ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes within Salesforce
Experience building scalable, user-focused solutions
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language
Experience with change management and governance
Strong documentation, training, and user support capabilities
Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
