Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to design, develop, and maintain engaging learning solutions that support workforce development and operational excellence.

This role focuses on creating high-quality digital learning content using modern authoring tools, collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and applying adult learning principles to close skill gaps across technical and operational teams.

The ideal candidate is creative, collaborative, and highly proficient in instructional design tools and project management within a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

Instructional Design & Content Development

Design, develop, and maintain engaging learning solutions using Articulate Storyline 360, Rise, and Camtasia

Create interactive e-learning modules, training materials, and multimedia learning content

Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to develop effective training programs

Ensure learning content aligns with organizational branding and learning standards

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather requirements and design effective learning solutions

Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams to support training initiatives

Communicate project progress, timelines, and deliverables to stakeholders

Project & Program Support

Manage instructional design projects including scope, timelines, and deliverables

Continuously improve learning content using feedback and performance data

Maintain documentation and version control for training materials

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in instructional design or learning development

Proven experience designing and developing online learning solutions

Strong proficiency with:

Articulate Storyline 360

Camtasia

Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft 365 tools

Experience applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work effectively with global teams and Subject Matter Experts

Preferred Qualifications

Experience developing technical or operational training content

Familiarity with multiple learning modalities (e-learning, virtual training, blended learning)

Experience managing instructional design projects from concept to delivery

Experience working in manufacturing, technology, or engineering environments

Experience using additional learning authoring tools such as Articulate Rise
