This role is primarily responsible for managing accounts receivables for Patient Liability, Private Pay and Medicaid Pending accounts and ensuring that cash collection goals are met across the region. The Regional Business Office Manager is also responsible for assisting with accounts receivables in collaboration with the VP of Business Office Services and other partners for all other payers or assigned payers throughout entire region. The Regional Business Office Manager is also responsible for overseeing facility pre-billing operations and facility business office day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with state, federal and company regulations. In addition to AR Oversight and Management, the Regional Business Office Manager will train and mentor business office staff on pre-billing, collections, company policies and best practices. Key responsibilities include driving the achievement of regional cash collection targets, enhancing overall AR management, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement within the business office teams.

Qualifications:
• Associate's degree in accounting or related field or two (2) years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Long Term State MCD experience required.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and commercial insurance required.
