Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Location: Onsite - Beaverton, Oregon
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Full-Time
Duration: 3-6 Month Contract
Pay Rate: $23-$28 per hour (DOE)
Position Overview

LHH Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support a fast-paced hiring team during a busy period of growth. This contract role is ideal for someone with at least one year of recruiting or HR coordination experience who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep hiring processes moving smoothly. Experience supporting recruiting efforts within construction, logistics, labor, or similar high-volume industries is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple hiring managers and candidates
  • Partner closely with recruiters to support full-cycle recruiting activities
  • Assist with candidate sourcing for hourly and skilled roles as needed
  • Manage candidate communications to ensure a positive and professional experience
  • Support onboarding activities, including new hire paperwork and system entry
  • Maintain accurate candidate and employee records within ADP
  • Track recruiting activity, interview outcomes, and onboarding progress
  • Provide general administrative support to the recruiting and HR team
Qualifications
  • 1+ year of experience in a recruiting coordinator, HR coordinator, or similar role
  • Hands-on experience using ADP (highly preferred)
  • Prior experience supporting recruiting or onboarding within construction, logistics, labor, or related industries strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Pay Details: $23.00 to $28.00 per hour
