Job Description
Engage in the production assembly of parts used in the manufacturing of power generation devices for the aerospace industry. This includes the assembly of generators, alternators, sensors, and electric motors. Follow detailed work instructions and drawings to perform mechanical or electronic assembly tasks using hand tools, power tools, and production machinery.
Responsibilities
- Build circuit boards and electric motor windings.
- Assemble and solder electronic components and wires.
- Read and interpret drawings and schematics.
- Utilize hand tools, air tools, and soldering iron.
- Use computers to access work instructions and assembly drawings.
Essential Skills - Proficiency in soldering.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in production assembly.
- Ability to read and understand English.
Additional Skills & Qualifications - Experience with electronic assembly and understanding of schematic diagrams.

Work Environment Work in a clean, quiet, and organized environment equipped with several workbenches and workstations. The day shift operates on a 4-day, 10-hour schedule from Monday to Thursday, 6 AM to 4:30 PM.
Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukie, OR.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
