Position Description
General Position Summary:
Join our Total Mechanical Shop team as a Delivery Driver! You will be responsible for delivering fabricated parts, pipe, tools, equipment, and materials to jobsites. Additionally, you will pick up equipment and materials from local supply houses and deliver them to the shop or jobsites. You will assist with jobsite cleanup and demobilizing by loading and sorting tools, scrap material, and spare equipment, delivering them back to the shop or recycler. General warehouse duties such as cleaning, organizing, and inventory management are also part of the role.
Essential Functions:
- Loading and unloading
- Load securement
- Pushing, pulling, and steadying rolling loads
- Frequently entering the cargo area of the truck
- Picking up orders at supply houses and checking orders vs. invoices.
- Delivering parts, pipe, tools, equipment, and materials to jobsites.
- Assist with jobsite cleanup and returning material back to shop or recycler.
- Cleaning, organizing, and inventory management in the shop.

Position Requirements - High School Diploma or GED
- Forklift Certified
- Navigation Skills- Able to navigate delivery routes and use navigation tools to find specific locations.
- Clean Driving Record
- Driving Experience: Experience driving large vehicles, trailers, box trucks. Experience towing 40-ft. trailers preferred
- DOT preferred
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to regularly lift 50 labs, perform overhead work, and remove stake bed walls from a flatbed, unassisted.
- Dependable and reliable

- Honest, trustworthy, responsible, and shows good judgement
- Hardworking and maintains a sense of urgency
