Business Analyst in Process Improvement

Description:

We are seeking a talented Business Analyst in Process Improvement to drive initiatives that expand IMAGINiT's reach in process transformation across various industries. The ideal candidate will leverage extensive experience to help businesses assess and enhance their processes. The role also encompasses defining processes and guidelines for Artificial Intelligence solutions crafted by IMAGINiT for our clients. Beyond transformation, you will play a crucial role in creating Professional Services Offerings, executing Sales programs, and collaborating with our Sales team to generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and define innovative Process Transformation solutions tailored to our clients.
  • Create tailored Professional Service Offerings to meet customer demands.
  • Collaborate with the AI team to innovate Business Transformations incorporating advanced technologies.
  • Engage with customers to identify their needs and propose effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to document business objectives and processes accurately.
  • Establish customer-specific process standards for customized solutions.
  • Provide strategic guidance to enhance our Go-To-Market efforts to boost Solution Innovation sales.
  • Draft essential documents such as scopes of work and risk matrices.
  • Analyze existing workflows, offering recommendations for enhancement.
  • Work with our Product Team to develop valuable intellectual property that aids in sales and implementation.
  • Present industry insights at seminars, workshops, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador, creating opportunities to enhance IMAGINiT's market presence.
  • Mentor and guide Subject-Matter-Experts in successful multi-faceted business solution implementations.
  • Interface with diverse levels of project stakeholders, including C-Level executives.
  • Drive thorough problem analysis and resolution strategies.
  • Establish compelling client value propositions linked to strategic, financial, and operational metrics for business enhancement.
  • Contribute to engagement processes by setting scopes, managing budgets, and coordinating client-ready deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Business Management.
  • 10+ years of experience in professional services, particularly in software projects or related roles.
  • Direct experience in AEC or Manufacturing, focusing on processes and solutions.
  • Comprehensive understanding of transformation methodologies and experience leading transformation projects.
  • Proficient in business workflow mapping.
  • Experience in identifying and launching Professional Service Offerings.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to convey technical concepts in terms of business value.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and collaborating across teams.
  • Proven business development experience in services, with documented successes.
  • AI experience in defining and implementing customer solutions is a plus.
  • Excellent skills in interpersonal communication, writing, and presentation.
  • Proven ability to define service scopes that deliver significant value through presales engagements.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and project coordination skills.
  • High energy, self-motivated, and capable of performing well under pressure.
  • Experience with transformational data and processes.
  • Familiarity with advising large corporations on data standards and digital solutions is preferred.
  • Consulting experience providing implementation services is advantageous.
  • Experience with Autodesk products is a plus.

Work Environment:

  • This role operates in a professional office environment, utilizing standard office equipment like computers and phones.

Physical Demands:

  • The candidate must be able to sit, stand, walk, talk, and hear as essential functions of the job.
  • Frequent lifting/moving of up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting/moving of up to 25 pounds may be required.
  • Presentation skills are essential, involving training and conducting webinars.

Travel:

  • This position requires up to 40% travel, including air travel and overnight stays. Candidates must have access to a reliable vehicle, a valid driver's license, and the legal capacity to travel to Canada and the US.
