We're seeking an Energy Auditor in Portland, OR to conduct commercial building energy assessments and develop energy efficiency recommendations.
Impact
• Drive sustainability through data-driven energy analysis
• Support building owners inreducing operating costs
• Enable utility rebate programs through quality audits
• Build awareness of energy efficiency opportunities
Responsibilities
• Conduct ASHRAE Level I, II, and III energy audits
• Perform building walkdowns and systems assessments
• Analyze utility data and energy consumption patterns
• Develop energy conservation measure (ECM) recommendations
• Perform financial analysis and ROI calculations
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports and presentations
• Support utility incentive program applications
• Coordinate with engineering teams on implementation
Requirements
Must-Haves
• 3+ years of energy auditing or engineering experience
• Strong knowledge of building systems and energy efficiency
• Proficiency with energy modeling software
• Understanding of utility rate structures and incentives
• Excellent analytical and report writing skills
Nice-to-Haves
• CEM, BPI, or ASHRAE BEAP certification
• PE or Professional Engineer license
• LEED AP or other sustainability credentials
• Experience with measurement and verification
