Our client, a leading organization in the workplace management industry, is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be an integral part of the Workplace team supporting the Portland location. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a professional demeanor, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Portland, OR

Pay Range: $25

Shift: 8am - 4:30 pm

What's the Job?

  • Serve as a visible and proactive member of the Workplace team within the assigned location.

  • Ensure the working environment maintains high standards for colleagues and visitors at all times.

  • Understand and embody the company's values, articulating how they influence daily responsibilities.

  • Support supply chain processes by ensuring third-party services meet contractual commitments and recommending improvements where necessary.

  • Maintain strong relationships with colleagues and support the seamless delivery of services such as access, security, IT, and facilities management.

  • Knowledge of facilities management processes and best practices.

  • Understanding of health and safety legislation relevant to workplace management.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
