Role: Senior Test Manager
Location : Onsite to Portland OR
PST hours work zone || Insurance domain experience preferred

Subject Matter Expertise
- Acts as an SME for automation, CI/CD, and testing methodologies.

Team Training & Test Environment Support
- Ability to train and mentor teams on automation tools and strategies.
- Conducts workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Supports and maintains test environments for automation execution.

Mobile Testing with SauceLabs
- Expertise in automated mobile testing (iOS & Android)
- Experience using SauceLabs for cloud-based mobile device testing.
- Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility testing.
- Ability to integrate SauceLabs within test automation frameworks.

Framework Creation & Proof of Concept (POC) Development
- Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable test automation frameworks.
- Ability to create POCs for new automation strategies and technologies.
- Deep knowledge of test architecture and maintainability best practices.

Azure Pipelines & Azure ADO
- Hands-on experience configuring and optimizing Azure DevOps Pipelines.
- Expertise in work item tracking, test planning, and release management in Azure ADO.
- Ability to integrate automated tests into CI/CD workflows.
Or
Jenkins
- Proficiency in configuring and managing Jenkins-based CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to integrate test automation frameworks within Jenkins jobs.

JavaScript, TypeScript & Cypress /Playwrite Automation
- Strong coding experience in JavaScript and TypeScript for test automation.
- Expertise in Cypress automation for UI and API testing.
- Ability to develop robust Cypress test suites.

Excellent Cross-Team Coordination Skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across engineering, QA, DevOps, and product teams.
- Ability to align testing strategies with development and operations efforts.
- Works effectively in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

Experience with ServiceNow ITSM (IT Service Management) for handling tickets related to testing, automation, and CI/CD pipelines

Ability to log, track, and resolve defects, test environment issues, and automation failures using ServiceNow.
