Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our clients onsite call center team located in Beaverton. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and at least two years of call center or high-volume customer support experience.

Location: Beaverton, OR (Onsite)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay: $22/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
• Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues with accuracy and empathy
• Document interactions and update customer records using internal systems
• Follow established scripts, policies, and procedures
• Escalate complex issues as needed to appropriate departments
• Maintain empathy, productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of call center or customer service experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and customer service software
• Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and remain calm under pressure
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work onsite in Beaverton

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with CRM or ticketing systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive, professional attitude
