This role supports the annual contract filing work by providing a blend of regulatory interpretation, documentation management, and cross-functional collaboration within the Medical and Dental insurance domains. The position works closely with internal teams, subject-matter experts, and external partners to research regulatory requirements, interpret policy changes, and ensure documentation is clear, accurate, and aligned with industry standards. The role is responsible for creating, editing, and maintaining documents using MS Word, applyingstrong attention to detail to ensure precision in all state filed written materials. It also manages incoming inquiries related to regulatory guidelines, benefit interpretation, and documentation needs-triaging, researching, resolving, or escalating issues as appropriate. With a focus on clear communication and collaborative problem-solving, the position helps maintain the accuracy and reliability of information that supports daily business operations and compliance activities.
Serves as part of a consulting team to ensure the alignment, buy-in, and coordination of diverse stakeholders to drive the implementation of successful business initiatives and projects. Provides insight and supports the development and implementation of business initiatives, systems, and/or processes to a desired future state. Supports strategic planning and organizational alignment and prioritization of business initiatives. Manages moderately complex projects or project components, participates in change management activities, and performs data analyses in support of business initiatives. Supports vendor management as required. Monitors compliance of work activities by ensuring business plans and team members adhere to relevant policies and procedures.
