Location: Vancouver, WA Duration: Full-time, Temporary Hours/Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (flexible schedule possible) Compensation: $26$33/hour, depending on experience

Overview: LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a company in Vancouver, WA to hire a temporary Human Resources Coordinator. This role provides administrative support across HR functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and helping the HR team deliver effective services to employees and managers.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment activities, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and assist with HR reporting.
  • Help administer HR programs such as benefits, leave tracking, and compliance documentation.
  • Provide general HR administrative support to managers and the HR team.
  • Assist with policy implementation and day-to-day HR operations.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in HR administration, coordination, or support roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with HR systems, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
