Human Resources Administrative Assistant

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a company in Hillsboro, Oregon. We are seeking a Human Resources Administrative Assistant to support their HR team with a variety of administrative functions. In this role, you will assist with recruitment efforts, onboarding coordination, and general HR administrative tasks to help ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Location: Hillsboro, OR

Duration: Temporary contract

Hours/Schedule: MondayFriday, standard business hours (full-time)

Compensation: $22$24 per hour DOE

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team
  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates and coordinating interviews
  • Support onboarding processes, including new hire paperwork and documentation
  • Maintain and organize employee records and confidential HR files
  • Help schedule interviews, meetings, and onboarding sessions
  • Assist with data entry and updates in HR systems and applicant tracking systems
  • Communicate with candidates and internal stakeholders as needed
  • Support general administrative and HR-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 12 years of administrative or HR support experience preferred
  • Experience assisting with recruitment efforts and/or onboarding is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic HR or ATS systems preferred
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in HR or related field is a plus

Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour
