Construction Project Engineer - SW Washington - $65K-$95K+ bonus and benefits.

Bell & Associates is partnering with a growing construction organization who is looking to add a Construction Project Engineer to their project management team. This role is ideal for someone who is beginning their career or looking for an opportunity to grow with an organization doing the same, this role would be great for someone who enjoys being close to the work, supporting project execution, and coordinating across multiple stakeholders on active construction projects.

What You'll Do

• Support the project management team through all phases of construction
• Coordinate project schedules, meetings, site visits, and inspections
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Track budgets, costs, and change orders while identifying cost-saving opportunities
• Assist with site inspections, safety compliance, and quality control
• Proactively identify issues and help drive practical solutions

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of experience in construction coordination or project management
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and workflows
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable using project management software
• PMP, CAPM, OSHA, or safety certifications are a plus

Work Environment

• Mix of office and active construction site work
• Hands-on role requiring attention to safety protocols and field coordination
