Description:

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a company based in Hillsboro, OR. We are looking for a dedicated Recruiting Coordinator with experience in ADP Workforce Now to join their team. In this role, you will support recruiting efforts by assisting with sourcing, scheduling, applicant tracking, offer letter preparation, and general administrative hiring tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Hillsboro, OR (100% onsite)

Duration: Temporary contract, 3–6 months

Hours/Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (some flexibility)

Compensation: $22–$28 per hour depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Assist with sourcing candidates through various channels

• Schedule interviews and coordinate communications between candidates and hiring managers

• Track and manage applicants using ADP Workforce Now as an ATS

• Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets and recruiting trackers

• Support the recruiting team with administrative tasks throughout the hiring process

• Draft and prepare offer letters and assist with onboarding documentation

• Ensure accurate and timely data entry within systems

• Provide general support to recruitment efforts as needed

Qualifications:

• Experience using ADP Workforce Now as an applicant tracking system (ATS)

• Experience in sourcing candidates and supporting recruiting processes

• Strong administrative and organizational skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data tracking

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and attention to detail

• Previous experience in a recruiting or HR support role preferred
