Integration & Operational Excellence Program Manager

This role is a practical, cross-functional generalist responsible for getting complex work done. This Integration & OE Program manager will be expected to:

· Identify and prioritize cross-functional opportunities grounded in data and operational reality

· Translate opportunities into executable plans with owners, timelines, and KPIs

· Drive alignment with senior leadership and remove blockers through structured escalation

· Measure impact, report progress, and ensure gains are sustained (not one-time wins)

Key Responsibilities

1) Project Management (primary day-to-day): Drive cross-functional programs to completion with clear plans, owners, and accountability.

· Lead post-acquisition integration programs for newly acquired manufacturing businesses:

o Build and maintain integration plans across Operations, Supply Chain, IT, Finance, HR, EHS, and Compliance

o Establish governance, milestones, and reporting

o Drive workstream leader accountability and on-time completion

· Coordinate cross-functional enterprise projects (as assigned), such as:

o Facility/equipment moves

o ERP deployments

o Banking/treasury transitions

o Other company-wide priorities requiring structured execution

· Run a standard PM operating rhythm:

o 100-day plans (where applicable), timelines (Gantt or equivalent), weekly check-ins, risk/issue tracking, and decision logs

2) Strategic Execution (SDP administration and accountability): Run the SDP operating cadence so initiatives stay measurable, current, and on track.

· Own the SDP cadence and mechanics:

o Maintain the X-matrix, initiative charters/action plans, KPI definitions, and corrective-action tracking

o Ensure initiative owners update progress; remove ambiguity on "what happens next"

· Facilitate monthly executive SDP reviews:

o Highlight gaps vs. targets and missed milestones

o Drive corrective actions, owners, and due dates

o Surface decision points and trade-offs for leadership resolution

3) Continuous Improvement (CI leadership and enablement): Lead and enable CI work using practical manufacturing CI tools; ensure gains sustain.

· Lead and embed CI initiatives using Lean / Six Sigma (or similar) tools with a practical manufacturing mindset

· Identify, prioritize, and execute value creation opportunities across:

o Safety, quality, delivery, cost, and working capital

· Facilitate CI events and problem-solving:

o Value stream mapping, kaizen events, root-cause/problem-solving workshops

· Establish CI standard work:

o Governance, cadence, sustainment practices (especially post-integration)

· Coach site leaders and cross-functional teams on CI tools and change leadership
