(Steakhouse | Thai/Cantonese | Seafood Restaurant)

Our client is seeking multiple hands on Sous Chefs to support a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen across three concepts: a steakhouse, Thai/Cantonese restaurant, and seafood restaurant. This role is ideal for a strong leader who values consistency, quality, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily kitchen operations, menu execution, and line checks
• Lead, train, and motivate BOH staff across multiple stations (grill, wok, sauté, seafood)
• Maintain food safety, quality standards, and kitchen organization
• Manage inventory, ordering, labor, and cost control
• Ensure smooth, efficient service during peak periods

Qualifications:

• 3+ years as a Sous Chef or senior cook in a high-volume environment
• Experience in steakhouse, Thai/Cantonese, and/or seafood restaurant kitchens preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills
• Knowledge of food costing, labor, and inventory systems
• Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)
