LOCATION: Greater Portland Area

POSITION TYPE: Direct Hire

SALARY: $60,000 – $70,000 annually

SCHEDULE: Full-time, onsite, standard production schedule (5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, Monday through Friday)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set up and operate flexographic printing press equipment based on job specifications

• Install print cylinders, dies, and related components into press machinery

• Monitor press operation, adjusting speed, alignment, and print quality as needed

• Inspect printed materials for quality issues such as alignment, color consistency, and defects

• Mix inks to maintain proper color and viscosity standards

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance on press equipment

• Maintain an organized and clean work area in line with production standards

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum high school diploma or GED

• Minimum of 3 years of flexographic printing experience required

• Ability to read and interpret measurements using rulers and scales

• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division

• Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS This role works in a production environment and requires standing for extended periods, frequent movement, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without assistance. Visual accuracy, including color differentiation and close detail work, is required.
