Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification: Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider certification: Required
- Phlebotomy Certification: Preferred
- Audiometry and vision training or certification: Preferred

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide personal nursing care to patients under the direction of a licensed registered nurse (RN).
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including nutrition, hydration, personal care, and mobility.
- Perform technical skill tasks, such as tube feedings and vital sign monitoring.
- Report patient's status and concerns to the RN.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Perform clerical duties such as routing patient reports.
