Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full Time

Duration: 6-Month Contract

Pay Rate: $25.00 – $27.50 per hour

Position Overview

A client of LHH Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Administrative Assistant to provide day-to-day support across Human Resources, recruitment, events, and general office operations. This is a 6-month onsite contract role ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and supporting a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Office Support

  • Provide general administrative support to HR, recruiting, and office leadership
  • Assist with front desk coverage as needed, including greeting visitors and managing incoming calls
  • Order office supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed
  • Support day-to-day office operations and special projects

HR & Recruitment Support

  • Assist with recruitment coordination, including interview scheduling and candidate communication
  • Support onboarding and new hire processes
  • Help maintain and update employee and candidate records in internal systems
  • Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence related to HR activities

Events & Meetings Support

  • Assist with planning and coordinating internal meetings, trainings, and employee events
  • Support logistics such as calendars, materials, room setup, and vendor coordination

Budgeting & Tracking

  • Assist with budget tracking, expense reconciliation, and invoice processing
  • Maintain accurate records and spreadsheets related to departmental expenses

Systems & Data Management

  • Update and maintain internal databases and systems with accurate information
  • Assist with reporting, data entry, and documentation as needed

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative, office support, HR support or coordinator role
  • Exposure to HR, recruiting, or employee support functions is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-service-oriented approach
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required; further education is a plus
