Our goal is to create an environment where both people and pets feel supported. Position Overview and Schedule We are seeking experienced Certified Veterinary Technicians to join our Specialty team. We are looking to fill 3 - 4 CVT roles (Imaging, Oncology, Ophthalmology and Cardiology). These roles require a strong commitment to patient care, collaboration, and professionalism in a fast-paced specialty and emergency environment. Essential Responsibilities: Provide oversight and treatment for multiple ICU patients, ensuring gold-standard patient nursing and husbandry Perform diagnostic testing including radiographs and bloodwork Calculate and administer IV fluid therapy with additives and CRIs Place and maintain advanced lines (e.g., central, drum lines, chest tubes, tracheostomy tubes, etc.) Administer and monitor oxygen therapy, including high-flow nasal oxygen Prepare, perform, and monitor blood transfusions Set-up & assist with surgical and sedated procedures Performance of and comfort with general Anesthesia Provide support and education to pet owners Maintain accurate medical records Required Qualifications: CVT license active in Oregon or eligible for transfer Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Certified Veterinary Technician Minimum 1 year of ER / ICU or Specialty experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle fast-paced, high-stress situations with composure Confidence in life-saving procedures such as CPR/BLS Strong phlebotomy and venipuncture skills; advanced catheter and sampling line placement preferred Experience monitoring and assisting with critical care procedures Experience with ezyVet, SmartFlow, and IDEXX Catalyst & Procyte preferred.
