Tool Install Construction Coordinator (Superintendent)
Experienced Construction Manager with a background in semiconductor tool install coordination. Candidate will have experience performing construction coordination within operating wafer manufacturing facilities, meeting client deliverables, and schedule needs.
Own and coordinate Tool Install project deployment and installation activities, collaborating with construction trades to ensure alignment with project schedules, site readiness, and safety requirements while minimizing impact to live facilities.
Lead project status meetings and stakeholder discussions to review Plan of Record (POR) dates, track deliverables, and communicate schedule updates across project teams.
Analyze project timelines, installation sequences, and resource availability to support effective planning and enable trade partners to allocate resources efficiently.
Review design packages, drawings, and technical documentation to ensure stakeholders have accurate information for installation, demolition, and construction planning.
Track project progress and maintain status reporting tools to provide leadership with updates on milestones, risks, and schedule changes.
Coordinate daily field execution activities with construction trades, vendors, and project stakeholders to resolve constraints and maintain safe and efficient installation progress.
Identify potential schedule conflicts, constructability challenges, and installation risks, working with stakeholders to develop mitigation plans and take preventative actions.
Support cross-functional collaboration between design engineering, construction management, vendors, and client teams to drive successful project delivery.
Promote a strong safety and quality culture in the field, ensuring work is executed in accordance with site standards, procedures, and best practices.
4+ years of construction experience in the semiconductor industry, specific to tool install and progressive build scopes of work.
Experience working directly with trades contractors and providing field coordination to meet client milestone dates.
Experience working in client facing roles, managing client expectations and needs.
Familiarity working with A&E firms and reading and interpreting design packages for the install of semiconductor tooling and systems.
Comfortable working in cross-matrix organizations comprised of client management, factory management, trade contractors, vendors and 3rd party representatives.
