About the Role

The Company is in search of a Head of Product Development to spearhead the creation of a new kind of health brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end product development process, from initial concept to market launch, with a strong emphasis on scientific rigor and customer-centric design. This role requires the ability to translate market trends and consumer insights into compelling product propositions, as well as leading cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, compliant, and timely product launches. The Head of Product Development will also be tasked with driving continuous product improvement and building a high-performing product function that is agile and responsive to the dynamic digital landscape.

Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in product development for consumer health, OTC, or nutraceutical brands, with a proven track record in launching successful health-related products, preferably in D2C or digitally native environments. A deep understanding of scientific formulation, regulatory guidelines, and product claims within the U.S. market is essential. The role demands exceptional collaboration skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a hands-on approach, particularly in a fast-paced, resource-conscious, startup or scale-up environment. Performance metrics for this position include time-to-market, product-level margin optimization, consumer engagement, and compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
