Merrill Gardens - - Responsibilities: Assist residents with activities of daily living including dressing, bathing, meals, laundry and general care; Manage medication as allowed by the state and completing daily progress reports of services provided; Completes progress reports for Assisted Living & Garden House residents daily or more often if needed. (Chart by exception); Assist with first aid/CPR certification within 30 days of employment; Provide supportive and compassionate care to residents and document care as required
