Supervisor: Branch Manager
Hours per week: 40/Non-Exempt (Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm)
Department: Nursing Services
Hiring bonus: $1,000 after 90 days

Primary function: To schedule all appointments for the department, answer phones, greet patients obtain referrals, handle prior authorizations, schedule from work queue, confirm next day appointments, miscellaneous tasks as needed in the department.
Duties and responsibilities (*essential functions):
Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent
