Call Center Agent - Fully Remote W2 Contract Atlanta, Georgia, United States Or refer someone Job Openings Call Center Agent - Fully Remote W2 ContractAbout the Job Call Center Agent - Fully Remote W2 Contract Call Centre Agent - fully remoteThe role and company: Global Consultancy requires accomplished Call Center Agents / Customer Service Advisors, to work remotely (Anywhere in The USA) and give a first-class customer experience for their client, for a new call center for a major financial company, providing telephone, email and webchat assistance. This is a W2 Contract position. Candidates should have a minimum 4 years experience as a Call Center Agent / Customer Service Representative.Details for the Call Center Agent / Customer Service Specialist position are:This is an initial 9 months W2 contract role (no PTO). It has the possibility of going on longer than this.Role is fully remote / work from home (Anywhere in The USA). Equipment will be provided, and training paid.Initial Team Size will be around 12 people, made up of Call Center Agents, QA/ Report Writer, Team/ Shift Leaders and a Manager. This is likely to grow. This is a new call center for the client.Strong experience working in customer services and/ or a call center for a reputable organization.PC Literate MS Office and CRM/ Call Logging systems experience (Client is using Amazon Connect and you will be given training if you have not used it). It will be Inbound/ outbound calls, emails and webchats.Shifts between 8am and 10pm Eastern Time, Monday to Friday and 8am to 5pm on occasional/ rota Saturdays, up to 40 Hours per week.
