3YR/1ST TIMER - Care Manager RN

Will position float between units: yes per unit needs
Is on-call required? No
Are weekends required? Yes every other weekend
Are block schedules required? No
What are expected ratios? 20/1
Special requirements: Inpatient Care Management Experience (minimum of 3 years), variable schedule and used to balance schedules to support summer vacations/time off and PTO utilization (an HR goal).
Are 48 hours approved: No

AYA Healthcare professionals may be required to float to other units and facilities in order to meet the needs of PH&S.
Facilities:
Milwaukie, Newberg, Portland, Hood River, Willamette Falls, Seaside, and Saint Vincent

*Note for Seaside floating only - If your traveler is booked to a non-Seaside facility and asked to float to Seaside, they will receive + ***/hr incentive for hours worked at Seaside in addition to IRS Mileage reimbursement.

If floating consecutive shifts, they will be additionally offered a hotel.

Facility agrees to give as much notice as possible when floating to Seaside.
