Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures and front desk protocols at a commercial real estate location.; Monitor access to the location by verifying identification, processing visitor check-ins, issuing visitor credentials, and directing guests to the appropriate destination.; Respond to incidents, service requests, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating with property management and/or emergency contacts as needed.; Maintain detailed front desk logs, incident reports, and other required documentation related to access activity and security-related events.; Answer phones, assist with inquiries, and support a professional lobby presence that helps to deter unauthorized access and supports daily operations.
