Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service at the front desk by following site-specific procedures, screening visitors, and supporting access control activities for a manufacturing and industrial location.; Monitor lobby activity, verify identification and/or visitor credentials, issue visitor passes, and maintain front desk logs and records in accordance with post instructions.; Answer incoming calls, assist employees, guests, and/or vendors with directions or entry procedures, and communicate security-related information to appropriate personnel.; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details through required documentation and notification processes.; Support emergency response activities at the front desk, including controlling entry points, providing instructions, and coordinating with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
