[AR Specialist / Remote] - Anywhere in U.S. / $60k - $62.5k - yr / Health-Dental / 401k with 4% matching / 3 weeks PTO + Holidays / Tuition assistance / Career growth / Work-Life Balance - As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will: manage and maintain all aspects of the company's accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, billing, and collections; ensure timely and accurate processing of customer payments and resolve any billing discrepancies; communicate with customers to provide billing information and resolve payment issues; generate and analyze monthly aging reports to identify delinquent accounts and initiate collection efforts; prepare and submit regular reports to management regarding accounts receivable status and trends; assist with month-end closing procedures and participate in audits; maintain accurate and organized records of all customer transactions and interactions; collaborate with other departments to improve accounts receivable processes and customer experience.
