At 2 Brothers Moving & Delivery, our mission is to remove the pain from relocation. We're growing our warehouse resale operation and are looking for a hands-on, self-motivated seller who can own the process end-to-end.

What You'll Do:

• Receive, stage, and prep inventory (forklift use when needed — training provided)

• Photograph, price, and list items on Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, eBay, and other platforms

• Communicate with buyers, schedule pickups, collect payments, and issue receipts

• Track inventory, sales, and weekly KPIs

• Coordinate closely with Warehouse and Admin teams for warehouse maintance.

Performance Goals:

• List all intake items within 2 business days

• 50%+ sell-through rate within 30 days

• Buyer response time under 30 minutes during posted hours

• 100% inventory-to-proceeds reconciliation weekly

You're a Great Fit If You:

• Have experience selling online (1+ year preferred, or strong personal selling history)

• Are organized, reliable, and customer-focused

• Can write clear listings and take decent product photos

• Are comfortable lifting and working in a warehouse environment

• Have a valid driver's license (Spanish is a plus)

Compensation & Perks:

• $20–$23/hr base + 5–8% commission per sale
