As a Front Desk Associate at Holiday Inn, you are the first smile our guests see and the lasting impression they take with them. If you enjoy helping others, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment - we'd love to meet you!
What You'll Do:
- Welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
- Answer phones and assist with reservations.
- Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Resolve guest questions and concerns with care and urgency.
- Process payments and balance shift transactions.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure a smooth guest experience.
- A great smile, positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
- Great communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer skills and comfort using multiple systems.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable attendance and flexible availability.
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred (but we will train the right candidate!).
- Oregon Food Handlers Card Required.
