A Client of ours in Wilsonville is seeking Warehouse Associate who will support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order picking, packing, and shipping. This role requires close coordination with warehouse staff and office personnel, and may occasionally assist with basic communication involving Chinese

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations

• Receive and unload incoming shipments; verify quantities, labels, and condition of goods
• Perform order picking, packing, and shipping according to company procedures
• Accurately record inventory movements using basic warehouse or internal systems
• Prepare pallets, shipping labels, and outbound documentation as needed
• Assist with organizing, shelving, and labeling inventory
• Participate in regular inventory counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records
• Report inventory discrepancies, shortages, or damaged goods in a timely manner

Communication & Coordination

• Communicate effectively with warehouse team members regarding daily tasks and workflow
• Coordinate with office staff on order fulfillment, inventory status, and shipping issues
• Provide basic support for Chinese-language communication (Mandarin or Cantonese) when needed to assist internal teams or suppliers

Safety & Housekeeping

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow company safety policies and warehouse operating procedures
• Properly use basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Prior warehouse, logistics, or general labor experience preferred but not required
• Ability to communicate in Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) is required
• Basic English communication skills (spoken and listening) are sufficient
• Ability to perform physical work, including standing for extended periods and lifting materials
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and punctual
• Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions and procedures

Work Schedule:

• Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
• No nights or weekends under normal circumstances

Compensation & Benefits:

• $19-$22 per hour, depending on experience
