Dental Receptionists play a vital role in our organization by serving as the frontline connection between patients and their oral healthcare. As the first point of contact, you help set the tone for a welcoming, respectful, and patient - centered dental experience. Position Highlights:

• $19.91-$24.38/hour DOE with the ability to go higher for highly experienced candidates
  

What You'll Do:

• Greet and assist patients, answer phones, route calls, and respond to inquiries in person and via electronic systems
  
• Register new patients, update demographics, and maintain accurate and confidential patient records
  
• Schedule, cancel, and adjust dental appointments in accordance with clinic guidelines
  
• Verify insurance eligibility, collect required documentation, and assist patients with insurance - related questions
  
• Perform front - office billing activities, including collecting payments, posting charges, and daily cash reconciliation
  
• Support patient care by managing referrals, recalls, treatment plan estimates, and upfront fee collection
  
• Perform other duties as assigned
  

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
  
• One year's experience in a clinic, optometry or dental office preferred
  
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred at a level 9
  
• Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast - paced environment with frequent interruptions
  
• Basic proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellent customer service
  
• Basic knowledge of medical or dental terminology
