Your dedication to safeguarding our clients will be met with recognition, appreciation, and clear paths for advancement.Position: Armed Security OfficerKey Responsibilities:Patrol and Protection: Perform routine patrols to deter potential threats and respond to incidents.Armed Response: Carry and maintain proficiency in the use of assigned firearms in compliance with all regulations and safety standards.Emergency Handling: React quickly and effectively to emergencies, coordinating with local law enforcement as needed.Detailed Reporting: Prepare detailed incident reports, maintaining accurate records and logs of all activities.Conflict De-escalation: Utilize communication skills to calmly diffuse tense situations, ensuring a safe resolution.Position Requirements:High School Diploma or GEDMust be at least 21 years of ageValid drivers license and reliable transportationA valid Armed and Unarmed DPSST license is required. Applications submitted without a valid license will not be considered.Completion of firearms training and certificationA duty firearm with a Level 3 Holster.Ability to pass an extensive background check and drug screeningMilitary or law enforcement experience is preferred but not requiredGeneral Qualifications for Position:Ballistic Vest: Must possess or be willing to acquire a minimum Level IIIA ballistic vest.
