Salary: $90,000-$130,000

Job Description:

LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with one of our clients to identify a Legal Advisor to join their Mergers and Acquisitions group. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a collaborative, advisory-focused environment supporting clients through entity strategy, governance matters, ownership transitions, and M&A activity. The team works closely with cross-functional advisors to deliver comprehensive solutions, while also offering the autonomy to manage client work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Support client engagements involving business entity strategy, governance, ownership transitions, and mergers and acquisitions
• Draft and analyze legal documents, including operating agreements, purchase agreements, and related transactional materials
• Collaborate with internal advisory teams to deliver well-rounded, client-focused solutions
• Manage client work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
• Utilize tools such as Salesforce, Slack, Smartsheet, and SharePoint to support workflow and reporting

Qualifications:

• JD required, bar admission preferred
• 2+ years of legal experience, ideally within a corporate law firm, financial services organization, or consulting environment
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance matters
