Executive Assistant to CEO (Onsite – Portland, OR | Relocation considered, available immediately)
We're seeking a high-impact Executive Assistant to serve as a true business partner to the CEO. You'll act as an extension of the CEO, driving priorities, managing workflows, and ensuring seamless execution across a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Travel with the CEO 3-4 times per year is required.
Must haves:
This role owns calendar and energy management, communications, travel, and high-level meetings (board, offsites, all-hands), while proactively tracking projects, following up with stakeholders, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. You'll streamline operations, surface key insights, and reduce friction so the CEO can stay focused on high-value work.
The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and thrives under pressure—someone with exceptional judgment, discretion, and communication skills who can anticipate needs, adapt quickly, and operate with urgency and ownership. You're polished, detail-oriented, and comfortable interacting with senior executives, investors, and board members.

Compensation: $90K–$140K total comp (base + bonus/equity), depending on experience plus benefits.
