Key contributions of an AT&T Customer Experience Representative: Work directly with our customers to understand their needs, qualify potential leads, and build strong relationships. Represent AT&T, reflecting its values and maintaining a positive brand image in all customer interactions. Monitor and report to the Community Outreach and Account Management team to improve customer satisfaction, and develop new sales skills Work with AT&T Account Representatives to improve sales strategies, exchange knowledge, and contribute to team success. Qualifications to be an AT&T Customer Experience Representative: Preferred 2 years of experience in Client Services, Customer Support, Sales, or similar areas. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Capable of independent work and collaborative teamwork during training. Strong communication skills for interacting with customers, managers, and other AT&T Account Representatives. Able to maintain a professional and positive attitude in challenging, diverse, and changing situations. Competent in using mobile devices for efficient customer data entry.
