A company is looking for an Inside Sales Manager in Mortgage Lending.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of 8-10 inbound Loan Officers to achieve origination targetsDevelop and implement inbound sales strategies, including lead management and conversion playbooksTrain Loan Officers on sales execution, deal qualification, and pipeline managementRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred5+ years of experience in mortgage sales management, preferably in inbound/telesalesStrong knowledge of non-QM mortgage products and conventional mortgage programsProficiency in CRM software and LOS platforms; Salesforce preferredActive NMLS license preferred with a willingness to obtain additional states as required
