Location: Onsite – Vancouver, WA

Pay Rate: $20–$25 per hour DOE

Assignment Length: 3–6 month contract

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday

Position Overview

LHH Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily purchasing, administrative and accounting functions. This role will assist with ordering materials, processing invoices, supporting accounts payable activities, and handling deposits. The ideal candidate has experience in purchasing, administrative support with basic accounting duties, or accounting and is comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with placing and tracking purchase orders
  • Support accounts payable functions, including invoice review and processing
  • Process and track deposits accurately and timely
  • Maintain purchasing and accounting records in internal systems
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams regarding orders, pricing, and discrepancies
  • Perform general administrative support related to purchasing and finance functions
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal procedures

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in one of the following:
  • Purchasing or procurement
  • Administrative support with basic accounting functions
  • Accounting or accounts payable
  • Basic understanding of invoicing, AP, and financial documentation
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook preferred)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, furthering education is a plus
