Project Manager

Location: Remote

(Must reside in Oregon or Washington to be considered)

Duration: 1-Year Contract

Hours: M-F, Full-Time

Pay: $55 - $70 per hour DOE

Position Overview

LHH Recruitment is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex initiatives and drive successful outcomes across cross-functional teams. This role is ideal for a proven leader with strong project execution skills and experience building and guiding high-performing teams in a remote environment.

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle, from planning and execution through delivery and closeout
• Drive project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes
• Lead, mentor, and support high-performing project teams, fostering accountability and collaboration
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Develop and maintain project plans, work breakdown structures, and status reporting
• Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and project deliverables
• Facilitate project meetings, reviews, and retrospectives
• Support occasional travel for key meetings or project milestones as needed

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing high?performing teams
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
• Proven experience working in a remote or distributed team environment
• Must reside in Oregon or Washington

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field
• PMP certification highly preferred
